This morning I was jumping with Owen.
It's not the same when I jumped with Captain, because Owen (female horse) is smaller than Captain. I felt like I was joining the horse racing competition cos Owen's speed is faster than Captain when jump. Really really fast. Then I asked to my coach, he said that it's normal, because Owen is a small horse, so, she need to run faster to get a good jump, if she just do slow canter, then she can't jump, buuuuuuuuuttt, we have to control her. If not, she can do anything she likes. When we don't control her, it could be she run very fast, but near the pole she stop abruptly and we can fall down.
Today I also learned about intention and courage. There is no doubt when we jump with the horse. The horse can feel our heart, we must think that I can, we can, we must believe that we can do that. But, don't forget about the law of the boss and the subordinate. You and the horse must be a partner, but you are the boss and the horse is the subordinate, it means that you are the brain, and the horse is the body, the muscle. You give a command and the horse must follow it.
At the first time, I'm worried that I can't make it, the result is Owen stop in the front of the pole then I almost fall. Second time, I'm still worried about it, then the result is suddenly, Owen turn away from the pole, Mr. Andre scolded at me, then he instantiate how if we jump with our heart, he taught me about our confidence, about the law of the boss and the subordinate. After that, I believe that WE CAN MAKE IT :D and.... I can jump 6 poles consecutively (I forget the name of it) dan ternyata tidak ada yang perlu ditakutkan ketika kita jumping, asalkan niat kita dan hati kita teguh, yakin bahwa kita pasti bisa melompati palang itu, nyatanya Owen fine fine saja ketika tadi jumping, mulus sekali. Now, I'm not afraid anymore.
